Get School Ready with Melissa & Doug

The next school step is a big one, whether your little one is headed to preschool, kindergarten, or simply becoming more independent each day. We’d love for you to join us in the shop on Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. for our Get School Ready with Melissa & Doug event.

Come explore teacher-recommended Melissa & Doug toys designed to help children learn through play. From building fine-motor skills and early literacy to encouraging problem-solving, creativity, and confidence, these toys make it easy to bring meaningful play into everyday life.

Bring your little learners, discover some new favorites, and find playful ways to help them feel ready for what comes next. Participants will also receive an exclusive workbook while supplies last.

We hope to see you there! Visit us at 3001 W White Oaks Dr. in Springfield, Illinois.
