Shipping & Delivery Policy
Your order will be processed within two business days and will be delivered using UPS Ground or USPS. All orders originate from our store location in Springfield, Illinois and delivery times will vary based on location. Most orders can be expected within 5-7 business days from the time the order is placed.
Due to circumstances outside of our control, we are unable to guarantee delivery times.
At this time we only ship orders to the continental United States.
Free shipping is offered on all merchandise orders over $75.00. Sales tax and other fees do not count toward this minimum. Shipping and handling costs for orders $74.99 and under is a flat rate of $7.95.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours. We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Items indicated as oversized will be assessed an additional $10.00 shipping & handling fee for each item.

At this time we do not offer overnight or expedited shipping services.
If you need to make any corrections or changes to your order, please let us know as soon as possible. Many of our orders are processed and handed over to the shipping company within hours of being placed. Once an order has shipped we are unable to make any changes.
